Our machined spigots are turned on a CNC lathe from 6082T6 Aluminium alloy to ensure they are accurate as well as hard wearing.
Used in conjunction with our extruded frame catch or interlock clips they provide a strong, reliable joint between two frames or tubes depending on your intended use.
They are available as a plain spigot for securing in place with a spring dowel through a tee piece or collar or as a flanged spigot for welding or bolting directly into the end of a tube.
Available from stock to fit Ø2” x 16swg tube, they can be machined further to suit an internal diameter of 44mm if required.
