Here at Ability International, we’re excited to share some of the trade shows we’ve been a part of this past April, including the Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps and the NEC Health and Safety Event!
Guild Of Master Chimney Sweeps
Our first event at the beginning of the month was the Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps on the 14th and 15th of April. We really enjoyed talking to visitors about how our chimney and roof access ladders could support them with their work, and we displayed some of our products on our stand so they could take a closer look at them and get a bit more “hands on” to see how they feel.
With all their work taking place at height, having safe and secure access to roofs is essential for chimney sweeps, which is why we’ve designed a number of access systems for this specific purpose, including our Chimney Access Ridge Stand (CARS Unit), our Fall Arrest Safety Equipment (FASE) and our Adjust Abil Ladder.
NEC – Health And Safety Event
The second show we attended in April was the NEC Health and Safety Event, which ran from the 25th to the 27th.
Taking place each year, it offers professionals from a wide range of industries the chance to come together and explore the latest innovations and trends in health and safety. This was the ideal opportunity for us to meet with H&S experts and showcase how our equipment can benefit those working at height.
We took along our Desksurfer and CHAMP access systems to the NEC. Suitable for industries like manufacturing and Facilities Management/maintenance, they are designed to provide access over immoveable obstructions, providing plenty of clearance and allowing engineers, operators and more to get on with their work safely.
